Taxes at the library

Taxes at the library!

Forms

The library has received all of the free tax forms it will receive from the IRS this year. We have the 1040, 1040A, and 1040EZ forms and instruction booklets. Any other forms you might need can be printed at the library for 5 cents per page. You can also access tax forms on the IRS.gov website.

The Oregon State instruction booklet (which includes the OR-40 form) is $1.15 at the library. You can also get Oregon tax forms and information by calling 800-356-4222 or visiting www.oregon.gov/dor.

AARP Tax Sessions

The library hosts free tax sessions with a trained AARP volunteer on Mondays. At this time we are full and not accepting new appointments. You can see other AARP Tax-Aide sites on the AARP website, or if you'd like to be put on a waiting list, please call the Library Information Desk at 503-435-5562.
