Based on research from Oregon State University’s Bone
Research Laboratory, this evidence-based class is designed
to gradually improve balance and strength to avoid falls,
maintain independence and reduce the risk of osteoporosis-
related fractures. Participants have experienced improved
strength, balance, mobility, and reduced bone loss
compared to non-exercising participants. AM and PM
classes are available. Space is limited; register early.

Each week, we explore the endless opportunities that
recreational bicycling has to offer. These rides will be easy
to moderate around the local area. For more information

Clogging is an energetic form of dance and is a good
workout to boot! We dance to many kinds of music including
country, gospel, and pop. Prior dance experience is not
required to participate. There will not be any formal
instruction, just a lot of moving and having fun.

This class will move through a slow, mindful sequence of
poses to gently open the hips, lengthen the spine, and
relieve tension in the lower back! Class will focus on
dynamic poses to build strength and stability in the hips and
core, incorporating poses suitable for beginning to
intermediate practitioners.

HIP & LOW BACK LOVE YOGA
FUN & FIT
Ages 21+
Increase strength, flexibility, balance and endurance in an
energetic way by doing a variety of movements in a circuit
training formation. Tools used include kettle bells, step,
bosu, hurdles, stability ball, dumb bells, and resistance
bands.
