Participants have experienced improved strength, balance, mobility, and reduced bone loss compared to non-exercising participants. AM and PM classes are available. Space is limited; register early. Class will focus on dynamic poses to build strength and stability in the hips and core, incorporating poses suitable for beginning to intermediate practitioners.
