Rental Information

Due to limited resources, we are focused on providing recreation programs to the community first. Reservation requests can be submitted at the Community Center (by filling out the Reservation Form) and potential renters will be contacted within 5 business days. Reservation forms can be filled out here or found below; contact Katie at Katie.noyd@mcminnvilleoregon.gov if you have any questions.

Meeting Rooms 

Room 201 (Upstairs, capacity 30 for dining, 40 for classroom setup)
Room 203 (Upstairs, capacity 80 for dining, 100 for classroom setup)

Auditorium

The auditorium is available for concert, theatrical productions, dance events, receptions, and large parties.

Tiny Tots

Tiny Tots Indoor Playspace can be reserved for private parties for children ages 0-5. Reservation times are limited to times outside of our regular business hours: Saturday afternoons after 3:00 pm and Sundays. Reservations are dependent on staff availability. Max capacity 25.
