City Recorder

The Office of the City Recorder is dedicated to providing friendly, professional and efficient service.  The City Recorder is responsible for serving the community and City in a variety of ways including:     

• Overseeing the preparation of materials for the City Council meeting;
• Clerk of the City Council;
• Protecting and preserving official City records;
• Maintaining the City Code and codification of ordinances;
• Assisting with public records requests;
• Maintaining the City Seal; and
• Chief Election Officer.
