Self Evaluation & ADA Transition

The City of McMinnville is participating in a Self-Evaluation and ADA Transition Plan, and we’re looking for your input! We’re evaluating the accessibility of our city-owned facilities, services, and programs to see if they meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

We are seeking input from individuals with disabilities, as well as family
members, caregivers, and advocates, to ensure the plan reflects the lived
experience of our community members.

By sharing your experiences, you can help us identify barriers to access and determine which changes are needed. Your input will directly inform an action plan that prioritizes improvements so that everyone in our community, including individuals with disabilities, can fully participate in city programs and services.

Ways to participate in the project:

2. Contact us at 503-474-5109 to ask questions or leave a message for the City’s ADA Coordinator. Email or send in your written comments to
ada@mcminnvilleoregon.gov or via mail to 231 NE 5th Street, McMinnville OR 97128.

3. Stop by the Community Development Center and chat with a project representative Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. Appointments are not required.

All input is welcome! The survey will be open until mid-March. Comments received will be reviewed and considered as we work towards a finalized ADA Transition Plan.
