  • Additional permits may be required depending on the size and type of event.
  • Applications are due at least 45 days prior to the event.
  • A completed and signed waiver of liability is required for approved Street Use/Public Right of Way Permits.
  • Please use the Downtown McMinnville Permitting Map for requests related to the downtown area.
  • Please use the McMinnville Alpine AV District map for requests related to the Alpine District.
