If you live within McMinnville city limits, your city property taxes provide a free full-service card.
This is an opt-in service only. If you do not sign up for the program we will not deliver materials to your home.

- All computers are for children age 12 and under.
- Children 0 through 9 years of age must be supervised while using the Internet.
- Children 10 through 12 years of age may use the filtered Internet without supervision.
