Parks and Recreation

This class is designed to increase flexibility, balance, coordination, muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, agility, and more. Progress at your own pace using chairs, body weight, and dumbbells. All equipment is provided. Instructor: Dina Aldred.

Clogging is an energetic form of dance and is a good workout to boot! We dance to many kinds of music including country, gospel, and pop. Prior dance experience is not required to participate. There will not be any formal instruction, just a lot of moving and having fun.

Stay busy over Winter Break and make a fun painting! All supplies are included; pre-registration is encouraged!

Ages: 7-16, parents are welcome to register and attend as well

Part of the Winter Fun Activities

 

 

Classes will help students develop confidence, mental focus, physical conditioning, and self-defense skills while working through basic stances, movement, kicks, punches, and techniques for the art of Kempo Karate.

Ages: Tiger Cubs 6-8yrs, Junior Ninjas 9-12yrs

A lower-intensity version of Zumba, designed to meet the exercise goals of seniors. Come join the dance party on your feet or in your seat. Wear tennis shoes, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
