Currently we have youth scholarships for swim lessons, sensory swims and for older adult programs at the Senior Center.

Upper City Park Dragon Play Structure

Adjacent to McMinnville’s Historic Downtown, City Park (McMinnville’s first park, constructed in 1906) features a 10,000  sq. ft. wooden play structure (for children ages 2-12) with many nooks and crannies for youngsters to explore.

Join the Parks and Recreation staff and make a special craft or art piece! All abilities welcome!

Date: 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month

Time: 4:00-6:00p

Location: McMinnville Community Center, 600 NE Evans St

TWEEN HANGOUT

Tweens, grades 3rd-5th, can come hang out, play games, and socialize. Each month will have a different activity.

Enjoy your Spring Break with Mac Parks and Rec and the Library. Adaptive Egg Hunt at Columbus Elementary and Discovery Meadows Park from 10 am-12 pm. Sponsored by Oak Grove Community Church and McMinnville Parks and Recreation. Please bring your own basket/bag. 

Nestled along one of McMinnville’s Cozine Creek tributaries, this quiet 2.14 acre open space is best accessed by parking along SW Goucher Street and walking east down Old Sheridan Road to the main park entry.
