McMinnville Parks and Recreation needs volunteers to help with many of our programs and events. We are happy to work with you or your group to find the best volunteer placement to fit your interest, needs, and capabilities.

A lower-intensity version of Zumba, designed to meet the exercise goals of seniors. Come join the dance party on your feet or in your seat! Wear tennis shoes and comfortable clothing; bring a water bottle.

This class will move through a slow, mindful sequence of poses to gently open the hips, lenghten the spine, and relieve tension in the lower back!
