Karl-Heinz Berto Wolff, property owner, is requesting approval to partition an approximately 8,485 square foot parcel of land into two (2) parcels approximately 4,208 and 4,277 square feet in size to allow for the creation of common-wall single family dwelling units on each individual parcel.
The applicant is requesting approval to rezone the property at 2125 NW 2nd Street from R-1 to R-4.

Street trees in the Downtown Tree Zone have special rules for removal and major pruning, as stated in Section 17.58.045 of the Zoning Ordinance. The city will handle pruning and removing these trees. Please contact Public Works to schedule.
