Steve and Mary Allen, property owners, are requesting approval to partition an approximately 7.22-acre parcel of land into three (3) parcels, approximately 6.43, 0.31, and 0.48 acres in size to allow for residential

Double R Products, representing Truax Corporation, is requesting a variance to the required 10-foot setback to allow for the addition of an electronic sign to their existing pole sign.

Generally, the answer would be yes, as long as the addition does not encroach into any required setbacks or extend more than 35 feet in height, and that all other required building code requirements are met. In the multi-family zones (R-4 and R-5), that height limit is 60 feet.

This is a legislative amendment initiated by the City of McMinnville to adopt the Yamhill County Transit Area Transit Development Plan as a supplemental document to the McMinnville Transportation System
