New Planning Fees Effective August 1, 2025 (Fee Schedule 2025)

Below is a list of Downtown Design Review and/or Waiver applications.  These applications are reviewed by the Planning Director or the Historic Landmarks Committee, depending on the appliation request.

Stafford Development Company, LLC is requesting approval to partition an approximately 9.846 acre parcel of land into two (2) parcels approximately 3.337 (Commercial) and 6.309 (Residential) acres in size.
