Matthew Primbs, property owner, is requesting approval to partition an approximately 1.44 acre parcel of land into two (2) parcels approximately 0.67 and 0.77 acres in size

The McMinnville Montessori School (MMS) is requesting approval of a conditional use permit to allow for the expansion of the existing MMS campus.  The school has purchased the property next

Steve and Mary Allen, property owners, are requesting approval to partition an approximately 7.22-acre parcel of land into three (3) parcels, approximately 6.43, 0.31, and 0.48 acres in size to allow for residential

Below is a list of proposed/approved Variance requests.   Variance requests require a public hearing before the McMinnville Planning Commission.

Generally, the answer would be yes, as long as the addition does not encroach into any required setbacks or extend more than 35 feet in height, and that all other required building code requirements are met. In the multi-family zones (R-4 and R-5), that height limit is 60 feet.
