Docket# G 1-23 - Proposed amendments to the McMinnville Zoning Ordinance, adopting amended standards for Short-Term Rentals
Below is a list of Administrative Variance applications, which are reviewed by the Planning Director.
The City of McMinnville is proposing to amend Chapter 17.62 (Signs) of the McMinnville Zoning Ordinance to update provisions related to the deadline of the amortization of certain types of existing nonconforming signs.
Jonathan Aliabadi is requesting a sign standards exception to allow an existing freestanding sign to exceed the height and size standards for freestanding signs on commercially zoned properties. The exception request serves as the property owner’s appeal of the nonconforming sign amortization process
Karl-Heinz Berto Wolff, property owner, is requesting approval to partition an approximately 8,485 square foot parcel of land into two (2) parcels approximately 4,208 and 4,277 square feet in size to allow for the creation of common-wall single family dwelling units on each individual parcel.
Richard Walker, on behalf of property owner McMinnville Senior Living, LLC, is requesting approval to partition an approximately 2.83 acre parcel of land into two (2) parcels
The applicant is proposing to amend an existing Planned Development to slightly modify the previously adopted master plan for the Hillside Community campus.
