Approved Resolutions:
2025-52: Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of McMinnville and the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) for ADA Curb Ramp Improvements along OR99W, OR18, and OR18 Frontage Road, Agreement No. 73000-00039034. (Point of Contact: Geoff Hunsaker, Public Works Director)

- Individuals may participate online through the Zoom videoconferencing platform; please sign up prior to the meeting by emailing the City Recorder at CityRecorderTeam@mcminnvilleoregon.gov at 503-435-5702, as the chat function is not available when calling in Zoom; once your turn is up, we will announce your name and unmute your mic. You will need to provide your First and Last name, Address, and contact information (email or phone) to the City Recorder to fill out a comment sheet on your behalf. You do not need to state your address for the record when called to speak.
