COUNCIL SNAPSHOT FOR FEBRUARY 14, 2024

The McMinnville City Council met on February 14, 2024 and took the following actions:

Held Public Hearing for:

Resolution 2024-06: A Resolution to submit an application for a McMinnville 2024 Housing Rehabilitation Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) to the Oregon Business Development Department (OBDD), and appointing Community Development Director, Heather Richards, as both the project and environmental review certifying officer.

Approved Resolutions:

In other business: 

Finance Director Jennifer Cuellar gave an update regarding the Cable Franchise Renewal status. 

Council approved to authorize City Manager to execute IGA with Yamhill County for Expanded Community Outreach Services.

Approved OLCC Application request from Geraldi’s LLC for Full on-premises commercial.

Approved OLCC Application request Mikey’s Pizza Inc. dba: Joysticks Arcade & Eatery for Full on-premises commercial.

Approved OLCC Application request Stoney Wines for Winery 2nd Location.

Approved OLCC Application request Celestial Hill Vineyard LLC dba: Celestial Hill for Winery 3rd Location.
