The McMinnville City Council met on November 16, 2022 and took the following actions:
Work Session:
City Council discussed postponing making time, place, and manner regulations for psilocybin based on the preliminary results of Measure 36-215. Discussed bringing forward for review the time, place, and manner regulations for Marijuana back for discussion.
Public Hearing:
Held public hearing for Ordinance 5127: An Ordinance Extending the Moratorium on the Issuance of Short-Term Rental Permits from an End Date of December 29, 2022 to June 29, 2023.
