Payment Options
The City of McMinnville processes payments in various departments. The three types listed below are accepted in the Finance Department. If you have a different payment intended for a specific department, please be sure to submit directly to that department.
Transient Lodging Taxes - You will need to complete and submit a Transient Lodging Tax form prior to payment. Forms can be emailed to TLT.Finance@mcminnvilleoregon.gov or mailed to the address below.
Invoice payments - Invoices prepared and mailed from the City of McMinnville Finance Department.
Miscellaneous payments - Other payments made to the City of McMinnville Finance Department. Please provide a description in the payment screen to help us identify the payment.

You will be charged the following convenience fees for using this system:
Credit/Debit cards: Any amount - 2.5% with $2.00 minimum processing fee
Electronic check: Any amount - $2.00 processing fee
In-Person Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
