Appeal of DLCD Director's Decision to LCDC
Two appeals of the DLCD Director's Decision was filed with the Land Conservation and Development Commission. The public hearing for the appeals are scheduled for the October 25, 2024 LCDC meeting.
The City of McMinnville is proposing to amend Chapter 17.53 (Land Division Standards) of the McMinnville Zoning Ordinance to update provisions to allow local street grades up to and including fifteen (15) percent.
