The Gwendolyn Hotel Project includes three Historic Landmarks Applications and one Downtown Design Review application: HL 6-22, HL 7-22, HL 8-22, and DDR 2-22.

Michelbook Country Club is requesting approval to partition off two (2) parcels approximately 10,000 and 32,200 square feet in size from the existing Michelbook Golf Course property, approximately 140 acres.
