Below is a list of proposed/approved Subdivision requests. Subdivision requests with fewer than 10 lots are approved administratively by the Planning Director. Subdivision requests with 10 or more lots require a public hearing before the McMinnville Planning Commission.
Quinby Construction LLC, c/o Eric Harrison on behalf of property owner Lin C. Chan, is requesting approval to partition two parcels into three parcels. The property was originally platted as Lots 1, 2, and 3 of the Norwegian Wood Subdivision.
Regulations for privately owned trees and street trees are different.
Zach Geary, Branch Geary, Inc., on behalf of property owner Gerald Legard is requesting approval to remove an existing historic resources from the McMinnville Historic Resources
The application requests approval to change the zoning designation from M-1 to M-2 and the conditional use permit for a proposed composting facility (organic materials) subject to ORS 227.600.
Stafford Development Company is proposing to amend an existing Planned Development (Ord. 5021) to incorporate a portion of an open space tract into the first phase of the two phases of the Baker Creek East
