The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Advisory Committee (DEIAC) meets virtually using Zoom. The DEIAC welcomes public comment and encourages you to submit your comments/concerns in writing via email to Kylie.Bayer@mcminnvilleoregon.gov anytime up to 12:00 pm the day of the meeting. You may also share your comments/concerns during the Zoom meeting; to do so, send a chat directly to Human Resources Manager, Kylie Bayer, to request to speak and/or use the raise hand feature in zoom to request to speak, once your turn is up we will announce your name and unmute your mic.
