COUNCIL SNAPSHOT FOR JANUARY 23, 2024

The McMinnville City Council met on January 23, 2024 and took the following actions:

Approved Resolutions:

2024-04: A Resolution designating American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) revenue recovery funding as Committed Fund Balance. (Point of Contact: Jennifer Cuellar, Finance Director)

2024-05: A Resolution adopting a Plan of Action to address audit deficiencies encountered in the FY2022-2023 financial statements for the City of McMinnville. (Point of Contact: Jennifer Cuellar, Finance Director)

In other business:

Proclaimed February 2024 as Black History Month 

City Council met in Executive Session pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(f): To consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection AND pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(j): To carry on negotiations under ORS chapter 293 with private persons or businesses regarding proposed acquisition, exchange or liquidation of public investments.
