02/12/2026 - Possible quorum of the McMinnville City Council may be attending a McMinnville Quarterly Business Leader Forum at the Evergreen Reception and Event Hall, 610 NE Captain Michael King Smith Way, McMinnville, OR 97128 (open to the public with REQUIRED previous RSVP) from 11:30 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. on Thursday, February 12, 2026.

Although a quorum of the Council may be present for the training, this is not a City Council Meeting, and no deliberations towards any decisions will be taken.
