A possible quorum of the McMinnville City Council may be attending a City-County Dinner hosted by the City of McMinnville, at Evergreen Reception Hall, 610 NE Captain Michael King Smith Way, McMinnville, OR, 97128 beginning at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. The event is not open to the public.

Although a quorum of the Council may be present for the event, this is not a City Council Meeting and no deliberations towards any decisions will be taken.
