Cultural Passes

Cultural passes are available for free once per year per address with your library card. Check with the Circulation Desk, 503-435-5561, for available dates and details.

You will be borrowing a physical item that gives you free admission. It is a for a single-day checkout, and will need to be returned later the same day.

*The Gilbert House Children’s Museum (GHCM) made the strategic decision to discontinue their Cultural Passes to redirect resources toward expanding its most impactful access programs, specifically the ACCESS Membership and targeted community initiatives. The ability to use the cultural pass will officially end on December 31, 2025. While we are sad to see this program end, we support GHCM's mission to strengthen its direct commitment to equity. This shift will significantly boost programs designed to help families facing the highest financial barriers.We strongly encourage our patrons to explore the museum’s reduced-cost program, the ACCESS Membership, on the GHCM website.
