There are three different types of library cards available for those who live outside of the city limits of McMinnville.

Basic card

If you live outside of the city limits of McMinnville, or in another city in Yamhill, Polk, or Marion counties, you may apply for a free basic card. Basic cards allow you to check out ten items and to place ten items on hold. They also provide free access to all online and digital library services, like using the library computers or checking out library ebooks.

Fee card

Your household may pay a fee for a card that allows access to the full range of services. For $60 per household per year, all members of the household who reside at that address will get full access cards. Fee cards expire one year from the date the fee was paid.
