Request an Interlibrary Loan

Interlibrary Loans (ILL) will be suspended August 31, 2026 for the installation of a new software system. At this time we do not have a date when ILL service will resume, please call the Information Desk for updates.

Interlibrary Loans (ILLs) allow McMinnville Public Library patrons with valid library cards to borrow items owned by other library systems. If you can’t find something you want in the CCRLS catalog and it was published/released at least one year ago, you can use an ILL to request it. Note that the interlibrary loan process usually takes at least 3 weeks. Please note, we charge $1 for all ILLs that are fulfilled, which can be paid upon pick up from the Downstairs Circulation Desk. This is in addition to any additional mailing charges requested by the loaning library.
