COUNCIL SNAPSHOT FOR NOVEMBER 28, 2023

The McMinnville City Council met on November 28, 2023 and took the following actions:

Approved Resolutions:

2023-63: Adopting Electing to Use the Sequential Urban Growth Boundary Amendment Process in ORS 197.626(3). (Point of Contact: Heather Richards, Community Development Director)

2023-65: Adopting a budget amendment for fiscal year 2023-24 in General Fund and Information Services Fund. (Point of Contact: Jennifer Cuellar, Finance Director)

Ordinances (SECOND READING SCHEDULED FOR 12/12):

5141: Adopting the November 2023 “McMinnville Urbanization Report”, and Updating the McMinnville Comprehensive Plan, Volume I, by Adopting the November 2023 “McMinnville Housing Needs Analysis” and the November 2023 “McMinnville Economic Opportunities Analysis”, and Repealing Ordinances No. 4746 and 4976. (Point of Contact: Heather Richards, Community Development Director)

In other business: 

Approved OLCC Application request from Team Spirits LLC. for Commercial. 

Approved OLCC Application request from Astro-Zombie Bio-Labs, LLC dba: Astro-Zombie Bio-Labs for Brewery-Public House - Primary location.

Approved the Minutes of the April 13, 2021, City Council Work Session & Regular Meeting.

Approved the Minutes of the April 21, 2021, City Council Work Session Meeting.
