COUNCIL SNAPSHOT FOR JANUARY 13, 2026

The McMinnville City Council met on January 13, 2026 and took the following actions:

 

Approved Resolutions:

2026-01: Resolution authorizing the City Manager to waive the past due balances and remove the liens on properties within the Defective Private Sewer Lateral (DPSL) Program prior to the Chapter 13 code amendment updates approved by Council on November 12, 2024, in lieu of the reimbursement available during the 180-day grace period (Point of Contact: Matt Bernards, Project Manager)

 

Approved Ordinances:

Ordinance No. 5168: Approving the McMinnville Landing Planned Development Overlay (Docket G 1-25). (Point of Contact: Heather Richards, Community Development Director)

 

In other business: 

Continued the Discussion regarding City Council Meetings and Times.

Discussed City Role and Response Regarding Local ICE Activity.

Approved OLCC Application request from Hangrys Burgers LLC for Full On Premises – Commercial.

Approved OLCC Application request from K2 Uncorked LLC for Limited On-Premises Sales.

  • Digital comments (email) may be submitted to  the City Recorder Team any time up to 12:00 p.m. the day BEFORE the meeting to CityRecorderTeam@mcminnvilleoregon.gov;
  • Fill out a physical public comment card found at McMinnville City Hall; any time up to 12:00 p.m. the day BEFORE the meeting, but not before 5:00 p.m. on the day the agenda is posted for the following week;
  • Attend in person and fill out a public comment card.
