Building Permit Fees
These fee schedules apply to Building Division permit fees only. Other City fees, including Planning, Public Works, Engineering, and excise taxes, also apply depending on the project.
Except for System Development Charges, permit fees are calculated using the fee schedule in effect when a complete application and plans are submitted.
