COUNCIL SNAPSHOT FOR MAY 14, 2024

The McMinnville City Council met on May 14, 2024 and took the following actions:

Approved Resolutions:

2024-21: A Resolution adopting a fiscal year 2023-24 budget amendment for the Fire District Transition Fund.

2024-22: A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to amend the timeline by Change Order to the contract with Fackler Construction Company for the Construction Manager/General Contract for the AnyDoor Place, a McMinnville Navigation Center, changing the substantial completion date from May 24 to June 30, 2024.

2024-24: A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract for the 2024 Pavement Patching project, Project 2024-4, with K & E Paving, Inc. dba H & H Paving.

In other business: 

Proclaimed  May 19th - 25th 2024 as National Emergency Medical Services Week. 

Proclaimed  May 19th - 25th 2024 as National Public Works Week.

Proclaimed May 12th - 18th 2024 as National Police Week.
