The McMinnville City Council met on March 08, 2022 and took the following actions. :
Approved Resolutions:
2022-15: Approving Entering into a Contract for Water Assistance Provisions with YCAP. (Point of Contact: Jennifer Cuellar, Finance)
2022-07: Adopting supplemental budget for FY 2021/2022 and making supplemental appropriations. (Point of Contact: Kylie Bayer, Human Resource)
Approved Ordinance:
Ordinance 5111: Ordinance approving vacating a portion of SE Clay St between SE Washington St and SE Dayton Avenue (RV 1-21).
In other business
Proclaimed the month of March as Women's History Month.
Held Public Hearing regarding vacating a portion of SE Clay St between SE Washington St and SE Dayton Avenue (RV 1-21).
Aproved the minutes of the September 22, 2020 Regular City Council Meeting.
Approved the minutes of October 13, 2020 Work Session and Regular City Council Meetings.
Held executive session pursuant to:
- ORS 192.660(2)(a): consider the employment of a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent.

ORS 192.660(2)(i): to review and evaluate the employment-related performance of the chief executive officer of any public body, a public officer, employee or staff member who does not request an open hearing.
