A possible quorum of the McMinnville City Council may be attending the Annual Meeting & Awards Dinner hosted by the McMinnville Chamber of Commerce, at Evergreen Reception Hall, 610 NE Captain Michael King Smith Way, McMinnville, OR, 97128 beginning at 6:00 pm on Friday, October 2nd, 2026. The event is not open to the public.

Although a quorum of the Council may be present for the event, this is not a City Council Meeting and no deliberations towards any decisions will be taken.
