The McMinnville Police Department is a professional policing organization devoted to excellence in making our city a safer place to live, learn, work, and play.  The men and women who serve you every day have signed off and acknowledged that they have read and will conform to each of these policies.  We are proud to be an accredited police agency by the Oregon Accreditation Alliance, and our policies conform to best practices.   

 

This policy manual provides guidelines and policy for the uniform enforcement of state, local and federal law, as well as outlines what is expected of employees in terms of conduct, appearance, and other personnel matters.  Individual policies outline the procedures to be followed in the delivery of excellent police services to the community.
