SMART DRIVER COURSE - AARP

A class designed to help sharpen driving skills, prevent crashes, and keep older drivers on the road longer and more safely. Completion of the course could result in a reduction of your insurance premium. Participants must attend both days. Mooncakes are a beloved Taiwanese treat for the Mid-Autumn Festival. Create and enjoy a variety of flavors using a delicious, crumbly pastry. Learn the steps and create beautiful mooncakes to take home in this hands-on class. Register in advance; space is limited.

BEING PROACTIVE WITH PARKINSON'S

Being actively engaged in your own care is the key to living your best life with Parkinson's. Come and discover strategies to do just that! Acting on the aspects of life that we can control is an important skill to develop to effectively manage a Parkinson's diagnosis.
