The Annual Leaf Pickup Program will begin the week of October 20, 2025, and continue through the week of January 5, 2026. The service is offered to residents every THIRD week and begins each week on Monday morning.
Please have your leaves curbside by the Monday listed in your area to receive service.

Third Street is the spine of McMinnville’s beloved downtown - we pride ourselves on saying that it is the outdoor living room where our community can gather. Taking care of our treasured street is a priority.
The City has completed Phase D 30% Design and Engineering.
WHAT IMPROVEMENTS ARE PLANNED FOR THIRD STREET?
The McMinnville Parks and Recreation Department offers diverse recreational opportunities for McMinnville residents of all ages. These opportunities include aquatic programs, community events and summer concerts, senior/adult programs, special interest classes, and workshops.
