The McMinnville City Council met on July 28, 2026 and took the following actions:
Approved Resolutions:
Resolution No. 2026-44: Authorizing the City Manager to Execute the Traffic Singal Maintenance Agreement (ODOT Agreement No. 73000-00043711) for City-Owned Traffic Signals. (Point of Contact: Dale Marshall, Street Maintenance Supervisor)
In other business:
Heard a Police Presentation from Chief of Police.
Heard a McMinnville Community Recreation Center Study Presentation from Erica Dunn from Opsis regarding the CPR Bond.
Approved the Draft Minutes of the April 22, 2026 Joint City Council & Planning Commission Work Session Meeting.
Approved the Draft Minutes of the April 28, 2026 Special Called City Council Meeting & City Council Regular Meeting.
Approved the Draft Minutes of the May 12, 2026 City Council Regular Meeting.
Approved the Draft Minutes of the May 26, 2026 City Council Work Session & Work Session Meeting.
Approved the request from El Rancho Market LLC for Limited On-Premises, OLCC Liquor License located at 1621 NE Baker Street.

- Digital comments (email) may be submitted to the City Recorder Team any time up to 12:00 p.m. the day BEFORE the meeting to CityRecorderTeam@mcminnvilleoregon.gov;
- Fill out a physical public comment card found at McMinnville City Hall; any time up to 12:00 p.m. the day BEFORE the meeting, but not before 5:00 p.m. on the day the agenda is posted for the following week;
- Attend in person and fill out a public comment card.
