COUNCIL SNAPSHOT FOR AUGUST 11, 2026

The McMinnville City Council met on August 11, 2026 and took the following actions:

Ordinance No. 5181: Will be brought forward at a future meeting. 

Approved Resolutions:

Resolution No. 2026-45: Approving the removal of a code compliance lien from a property. (Point of Contact: Heather Richards, Community Development Director)

Resolution No. 2026-47: Authorizing the Community Development Director to submit a $100,000 Transportation and Growth Management grant application to support an in-depth Active Trans Plan as a component of the 2050 Transportation System Plan Update that has just commenced. (Point of Contact: Heather Richards, Community Development Director)

Approved the Draft Minutes of the June 09, 2026 City Council Regular Meeting.

Approved the Draft Minutes of the June 17, 2026 City Council Work Session Meeting.

Approved the Draft Minutes of the June 23, 2026 City Council Work Session & Work Session Meeting.

Approved the Draft Minutes of the July 14, 2026 City Council Work Session & Work Session Meeting.

• Written comments may be submitted to the City Recorder Team any time up to 12:00 p.m. the day BEFORE the meeting and mailed to (McMinnville City Hall, c/o City Recorder Team, 230 NE Second Street, McMinnville, OR, 97128);
• Digital comments (email) may be submitted to  the City Recorder Team any time up to 12:00 p.m. the day BEFORE the meeting to CityRecorderTeam@mcminnvilleoregon.gov;
• Fill out a physical public comment card found at McMinnville City Hall; any time up to 12:00 p.m. the day BEFORE the meeting, but not before 5:00 p.m. on the day the agenda is posted for the following week;
• Attend in person and fill out a public comment card.
