The McMinnville City Council met on July 14, 2026 and took the following actions:

Held Public Hearings for:

Public Hearing to consider Resolution No. 2026-25: A Resolution Adopting a Building Fee Schedule. (Point of Contact: Heather Richards, Community Development Director)

Approved Resolutions:

In other business: 

Approved the request from Duffy's Deli, LLC for Limited On-Premises, OLCC Liquor License located at 350 NE Baker Creek Road.

Approved the Draft Minutes of the March 24, 2026 City Council Work Session & City Council Regular Meeting.

Approved the Draft Minutes of the April 08, 2026 Special Called City Council Meeting.

Approved the Draft Minutes of the April 14, 2026 City Council Work Session & City Council Regular Meeting.

Executive Session: 

City Council met in Executive Sessions immediately following the Regular meeting:

PURSUANT TO ORS 192.660(2)(h): To consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed.

• Digital comments (email) may be submitted to  the City Recorder Team any time up to 12:00 p.m. the day BEFORE the meeting to CityRecorderTeam@mcminnvilleoregon.gov;
• Fill out a physical public comment card found at McMinnville City Hall; any time up to 12:00 p.m. the day BEFORE the meeting, but not before 5:00 p.m. on the day the agenda is posted for the following week;
• Attend in person and fill out a public comment card.
