McMinnville Business Recovery and Resiliency Plan is a State American Recovery Plan Act (ARPA) fund secured by former Rep. Ron Noble (HD-24) in the 2021 Oregon Legislative Session to help address the ongoing impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
