Community Development Center
The Community Development Center is located at 231 NE Fifth Street. On-site parking is available.
- Walk-in office hours are available Monday - Thursday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Office is closed to the public on Fridays.
- While the Community Development Center’s customer service counter and lobby will be closed on Fridays, all other programs and services will continue as normal including the availability of CDC staff representatives (via email and phone), inspections, and plan review.
- Appointments (arranged in advance) are available with CDC staff. Please coordinate directly with the staff person you are interested in meeting with.
